Tomah Health is excited to welcome Dr. Jill Boulden as a physician at our Warrens Clinic.
Dr. Boulden has been in practice for 20 years in family medicine treating patients of all ages. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed her residency at Rapid City Regional Hospital/Monument Health, Rapid City, South Dakota. As a long-term resident of the Tomah Community, Dr. Boulden may be a familiar face.
“I’ve been a member of this community for many years,” Dr. Boulden says. “I’ve spent the last 4 years practicing inpatient medicine in a different community but I’m very excited to be back serving patients in the Tomah area.”
