We continually strive to offer you easy and reliable access to help on your hospital billing questions. In this section, we answer many common billing questions regarding multiple bills, inpatient vs. outpatient services, insurance claim denial, and portions of the bill not paid by the insurance.

Inpatient Services

Your satisfaction with all care provided is important to us. Our rooms and services for inpatient care are designed to make your stay easier. Call and emergency buttons in your room allow patients to easily request assistance. A daily menu of nutritious meals is delivered and collected by our staff, and cable television is provided at no charge.


Safety & Security

We respect each individual’s right to confidentiality and safety throughout their care at Tomah Health. Our facility is smoke free, for your health and the health of others. Records concerning patient care are confidential, with safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations. We also offer special containers to protect eyeglasses, dentures, and hearing aids.


Visitor Information

Having family and friends come to visit can brighten your day and help speed your recovery. Our goal is to provide an environment that promotes healing and provides a positive experience for both patients and their visitors. Visitors are welcome to use our cafeteria, vending machines, wifi, and gift shop. Please follow the guidelines in our Visiting Policy.


Outpatient Services

Tomah Health has Emergency Room Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have Urgent Care Services available Mon-Fri 5pm-9pm, Sat-Sun & Holidays 10am-4pm. For scheduled appointments, plan to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to register.
