Tomah Health along with UW – Extension Monroe County and Community Education Group 9HCE) will host an upcoming class where attendees will learn the basics of pressure and water bath canning! Participants will learn how to safely pressure can, what supplies are needed, tips and tricks from a Master Food Preserver, recipes and resources, and there will be a jelly making demonstration.
