Three Services are Offered
- Palliative Care – assisting patients that have serious illnesses with symptoms and advanced care planning.
- Hospice Touch – providing care to patients with a terminal illness.
- Serenity House – option for Hospice patients who can no longer stay in their home. Offers state of the art medical equipment in a 8 bed hospice residence home setting at 601 Straw Street, Tomah, WI.
